African mango supplements are diet pills that allegedly boost a

 claims that this weight loss supplement is ideal specifically to women 
whose metabolic rate slowed down due to aging.

The pill is made from the flesh and seed extract of the West African 
mango Irvingia gabonensis. According to a study published in the journal
 Lipids in Health and Disease, the extracts of the African mango has the
 ability to reduce body fat, regulate body weight and even lower 
cholesterol and leptin levels in overweight subjects.
During the experiment, participants who were given 150 grams of this 
supplement twice per day showed “significant improvements” in their 
overall body weight and body fat percentage. Researchers also noted that
 the participants who took the diet pills have a smaller waistline and 
improved plasma total cholesterol than those who did not take the pills 
at all. Additional studies also showed similar results, an average 
weight loss of 8 to 10 pounds without any lifestyle or diet changes.

the heart healthy. This nutrient also aids in weight loss by curbing
